Roll and reel lifting is very often carried out with an electric lift.
	Changing reels of packaging material is a very strenuous task, carried out under a limited time period. A boom attached to a lift can be moved up close to the machine so that the roll can be easily pushed onto to the machine shaft.
	Replacement of packaging foil. The detachable machine shaft is inserted into the core of the roll resting in a V-block on a Protema electric trolley. In this application we have also fitted a rotating plate and V-block for reels.
	A roll is picked up from a pallet with an EasySqueeze unit. The roll is gripped safely between the arms, rotated and installed in the machine. The Protema PRO200LESE and PRO200LESM can be equipped with fxed or swivelling arms and can handle weights up to 130 kg.
	The Protema PRO70 with coregripper tool handles weights up to 35 kg and can be supplied in three different lifting heights. It turns the roll from a vertical to a horizontal position with a grip inside the roll core.
	The Protema PRO120 with coregripper tool handles weights up to 90 kg and can be supplied in three different lifting heights: short, medium and long. The coregripper is inserted into the core of the reel and steel jaws grip on the inside. The tool is turned manually with almost no effort. An application which is very popular within food industry.
	Top Lifting drums Protema stainless steel lifts are suitable for ergonomic lifting in the pharmaceutical industry. In this application, large drums are picked from shelf and moved into the pharmaceutical production area. Drums are frequently used in the pharmaceutical industry to carry tablets, powders and sometimes fluids in the manufacturing process. The fixed version drum turner is perfect for one-size drum projects. It consists of a bracket that holds the drum in place when it is manually emptied of its contents. For projects with drums of varying dimension the EasySqueeze is more suitable. It is advisable to use an electric turner instead of a manual turning solution when the load reaches 60 kg or more. When drums are emptied at a height, we recommend the electric tilting function.
